Our client, a reputed engineering company, is looking for a Procurement Engineer with experience in oil & gas, EPC and substation projects. Graduate, with four to five years relevant UAE experience in the procurement of materials for oil & gas industry projects including materials requisition, bid evaluation, negotiation and purchase order placement; interfacing with the engineering and construction department is a must. Manage procurement activities such as: selecting reliable sources of supply, preparing & approving purchase orders, supervising purchasing, controlling price and quality, ensuring the timely delivery of raw materials and supplies. NOC is mandatory.
