Qualification Requirements:

= Graduate of BS Civil Engineering

= Seven to ten years experience  preferably in Gulf Countries

= Experience in procuring construction products, review

vendor relationship, contracts & compliances

= Knowledge of inventory and material management

= Good communication skills both Arabic & English
