Job Description:

Industrial Company operating in diversified sectors in 
Qatar is looking for the Procurement Officer.

Job Responsibilities:

* Implementation of Quality Assurance Policies

* Analysis and investigation of local and international market

* Technical and Economical optimization of procurement

* Negotiations with suppliers and sub-contractors 

Support to Tenders and Quotations elaboration (cost analysis)

* Co-ordination with Technical Manager, Finance and Administration Manager and PM

* Elaboration of Purchase Orders, Reports and analysis

* Coordination of procurement activities of materials, consumables, equipment and Services as per Company requirements (mainly in the electromechanical sector).

Qualification Requirements:

* B. Comm. university degree

* Fluent in English.

* five years experience in Qatar

* Attitude to monitor all the process with elaboration of reports and statistics.

* Knowledge of the local Qatari market.

* Valid Work Permit (transferable), availability to join in short time.

* Holding valued Qatari Driving License.

* Knowledge of main commercial standard and principles related to negotiations and purchase Orders elaboration

* Knowledge of the procurement processes, with particular reference to the electromechanical field
