A well established financial institution in  is seeking an experienced Procurement Operations Manager. Applicants should be a degree holder in a similar discipline. Preference will be given to candidates with CIPS. Work experience of minimum 5 years in a procurement operations is required. Fluent communication skills in English is required. Having a successful, multi-track record in a procurement organization will be beneficial.

Key Duties:
> Effective management of all tactical procurement requirements below AED 1 million.
> Ensuring a rapid market response, subsequent quote analysis & recommendation.
> Ensure that all policies & processes that are agreed upon and implemented within the procurement department are adhered.
> Assist in the development of reporting templates.
> Identify and communicate new technologies & solutions to the company’s key problems in the assigned spend areas.
> Work with key stakeholders to ensure best practices are widely adopted by the company’s groups, segments and subsidiaries.
> Maintain working knowledge of applicable federal & local laws, regulations as well as internal policies to reflect that the behavior exhibited by the organization is honest, ethical and professional.
> Manage internal and external relationships of the organisation.
> Manage, mentor and coach a multinational team of up to 18 people.
