Position Project Accountant

Job Description The primary duties and responsibilities include: - Prepare and submit project cash flow reports for review by the senior management. - Co-ordinate with the finance department for availing loan facility. - Prepare/review/furnish management reports for the Senior Management, Banks and Presentations. - Prepare of project cash flow statements. - Provide assistance for monthly closing of books of project accounts. - Co-ordinate with external auditors and take active part in auditing/control issues. - Review of project progress and milestones in order for timely billings. - Send periodical deliverables related to loan facility requirements associated with the projects to the finance department. - Ensuring all the terms and conditions of the loan agreement is complied with. - Monitor/process all project invoices and ensure that all cost accruals are accurate. - Enforce compliance with accounting policies and procedures for the accurate estimating and reporting of the financial results of projects. - Coordinate with the Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors regarding billings, change order revenue, bank guarantees, and client receipts. - Update the project billing milestones, invoices issued, and receipts from clients in the accounting system. - Update the change order revenue of projects in the accounting system. - Coordinate with invoice processing department relating to subcontract payments. - Prepare other adhoc reports requested by the management. - Update Financial Status Reports. - Prepare the following Management Accounting Reports. * Preparing FSR summary report for ongoing jobs. * Work in Hand ¡V POC forecast report * Change order revenue report. * Monthly planned profit report. * Productive man hour report. * Overhead man hour report.
