* Candidate should have a master degree in architecture
* The person should have minimum of 5 years of experience in UAE.
* Candidate should have good knowledge of construction projects including planning, organising, and
controlling projects; conducting quality inspections; supervising sub-contractors, staff etc.
* Should be able to understand design, drawings and layouts, estimation for the project as per
construction laws of UAE
* Must have sound knowledge in designing of the commercial and residential project along with its
infrastructure
