Job Details:
-Create / draft designs in (AutoCAD / Other software’s) as per stake holder requirements and reflect it into brief and RFP-RFQ.
-Go through the drawings, assess the material requirements, approve and submit the material requisition accurately so as to facilitate purchase of proper quantities of materials.
-Establish Project Budget estimate for the desired scope. Introduce the new project to other involved departments (IT, Security, Procurement, and Leasing & FM or any other stakeholder) to accumulate cumulative budget and present it to Real Estate Development Manager.
Requirements:
-Graduate Architect/ Civil Engineer with experience in Various Real Estate Developments and Fit outs
-Minimum 10 years of experience (at least 7 years in the UAE)
-Be Well Versed in Technical drawings reviewing and applications for all devices installed in buildings.
-Ability to understand and work well with government, landlords, private investors and community organizations and teams
