Job Description Mission Statement:
The purpose of this position is to work as Project Manager - Process Automation Operations
Main Accountabilities
The purpose of this position is to manage projects and service orders within the operations group of the Process Automation Services Division of the companies in Qatar. Key accountabilities for this position includes, but are not limited to:
• Responsibility for Overall Project Management, technical and commercial
• Coordination of site activities (Site engieers, Site Arrangements)
• Handling the customer contact throughout the project duration (takeover from sales to FAT& SAT)
• Technical and commercial clarifications related to the projects with clients as well as external and internal suppliers
• Support of project logistics during the procurement cycle
• Follow-up of payment milestones / revenue collection
• Understand customer requirements & provide engineering solutions
• Planning of site work and assisting with site logistics arrangements;
• Documentation and reports, as required to complete the tasks described above; and
• Management of quality of total engineering efforts on assigned projects

Desired Candidate's Profile
Profile Knowledge , Skill and Experience
• Experienced Engineer with Project Management / leadership / team management skills
• Shall have Degree in Electrical/Electronic / Instrumentation/Control Engineering;
• 12-15 years of experience in Control & Instrumentation field.
• Experience of handling DCS & ESD Projects / Service Orders / Annual Maintenance Contracts. Experience on The companies Control Systems would be an added advantage.
• Computer literacy and fluency in English is essential;
• Be an analytical thinker; self starter, highly adaptable
• Be able to work under pressure, handle stress and have the ability to use own initiative.
Experience 12 - 15 years
Education Basic - Bachelor of Technology/Engineering ( Electrical , Instrumentation )
