•Degree in Civil Engineering (BE)
•Minimum 7 years of experience in KSA or Gulf region (handling major projects, consultants)
•Knowledge about the specifications, BOC, Tendering, Contracting, Planning and Execution & Reporting to top management.
•Valid KSA or GCC Driving License is a must.
