PROJECT MANAGER
- Bachelor of Science in engineering as a minimum, Civil Engineer is preferably.
- Computer literate and well-versed with the
following applications programs:
o MS. Office “EXCEL, ACCESS & WORD, P3 Project planner.
- Proficient in oral and written English, Arabic is an advantage.
- Minimum of Fifteen (15) years experience in the construction industry out of which Ten (10) years minimum in the capacity of a Project Manager of Medium to Large Scale Luxurious building Complex under rush Projects Category, in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Have an experience in operation through ISO Project Management Procedures. (An Advantage).
- Managing, Supervising and Leading the Site team. Coordination between the Head Office, the Client and the Site team.
- Lead the monitoring and coordination process of the Project Evolved Sub-Contractors and suppliers.
Delivering the Perfect on time and within Budget line limits. Leading the overall project management staff and requirements.
Report on timely manner on the overall project status to the senior management.
