Requirement:
*Property related/Surveying Degree is preferable
*Candidate who had already Chartered MRICS is preferred
*Proven background of property management in commercial real estate field.
*Minimal six years of experience in a Property Management position
*Be a successful person in set up strong interpersonal relations with team members
*Capacity in work coordination, Property Management etc.
*Excellent communication and organizational skills
