Qualification 

 · Graduate Engineer 

 · 8 years relevant experience (mainly in planning & systems/procedures development). 

 · Preferred PMP (Project Management Professional) 

 · Knowledge in use of Planning tools such as Primavera, and other Project Management          systems/ softwares. 

 · Skill/ Mastery in Access application. 

 · Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English.
