Leading engineering company requires an experienced, with DLP (Defects Liability Period) background Quality Inspector, with exposure to assessing tenants’ complaints to project contractors, supervising equipment across projects and current properties, escalating nonperformance issues of third party contractors, resolving emergencies i.e. breakdowns. The candidate should be able to monitor performance of suppliers against contracts, work closely on improving maintenance services and ensure quality standards are maintained. Only candidates who have exposure to large construction companies in the same role need apply. NOC from current employer is essential for this role.
