JOB DESCRIPTION

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in Health Care Quality fields

(Preferably Bachelor Degree in Nursing or Allied Para Medical Ground)

A minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in Health Care

Language knowledge - preferably bilingual (Arabic and English)

Basic Duties:

• Collect and collate reports regarding accomplishments of Quality improvement Projects identified by departments and teams

• Contribute to the maintenance and updating of quality improvement documents such as policies and procedures, guidelines and indicators relevant to all units in the hospital

• Arrange and coordinate educational sessions relevant to Accreditation as per the Quality Dept. plan
