Job Description : Quality Program Educator, Qatar
Our client, a Middle East based sports medicine hospital is looking for a Quality Program Educator to join its dynamic team in Qatar.
Responsibilities:
• Assist with the compilation and management of the quality program budget.
• Monitor, compile and report monthly on quality training plans for all departments.
• Liaise with the quality program team to obtain prioritization and approval of all training standards.
• Carry out effective training on a range of subjects that satisfy and meet operational and individual needs.
• Ensure that train-the-trainer staff is aware of the relevance and importance of the various training activities.
Requirements:
• University Degree from health professional group and current licensure with same, additional degree or certification in Adult Education will be an advantage.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in healthcare education, with a minimum of 3 years experience in a hospital management role, including experience with the accreditation process.
