JOB DESCRIPTION
Requirements:
* Candidate hold QS/QE degree holder.
* The person should have mimimum 5 years UAE experience.
* Must have strong knowledge of quantity take off and estimation and must be able to
work independently.
* Must be able to certify bills, prepare payment certificates and contracts, coordination
with consultants & subcontracts, monitor site progress and report to management
through progress reports.
