QUANTITY SURVEYOR:
* Candidates should be a graduate with extensive MEP background.
* Should have work experience of minimum ten years(five years in GCC region)
* Must able to prepare monthly valuations and  submittal. 
* Should be able to identify, develop and process technical or monetary variations from drawings and contractual correspondence. 
* Should be able for documentation and preparation of contractual claims.
* Good working knowledge of FIDIC, JCT and others as well as Primavera application to contractual issues is necessary.
