Professionally qualified Quantity Surveyors are required for Dubai. All the applicants should possess previous working experience of 4 - 5 years in a similar capacity. 
Job Description:
> Prepare monthly valuations for ongoing projects for submission to clients. 
> Prepare variations and claims documentation for submission to clients. 
> Prepare final accounts for completed projects. 
> Monitor the activities of subcontractors and agree on their payment certificates accordingly.
