A well established investment company in KSA has immediate vacancies for Real Estate Fund Manager to join their work force in Jeddah. All the applicants should be a university degree holder in Banking / Finance. Work experience of 5 - 7 years in real estate fund management in an investment organization in the GCC is required. Should be well familiar with the Saudi real estate fund market. Fluent communication skills English as well as Arabic is essential.
Job Responsibilities :
> Creating and managing local, regional and international real estate funds and private placements.
> Monitor existing real estate fund portfolios to maintain a risk/benefit balance in keeping with client requirements.
> Participate in identifying real estate mutual funds and assist with the structuring of those funds.
> Recommend and manage external real estate developers and managers.
> Participate in road shows, workshops, conferences etc., to increase knowledge of the marketplace and expand contact list.
