* Maintaining Attendance register of the Sales staff.

* Schedule meetings and conference rooms.

* Coordinating and organizing meetings.

* Coordinate with all the departments.


Job Requirements :

* Bachelors Degree holder.

* Knowledge in MS office application MS Word, Excel and Power point.

* Ten years experience in related field.

* Pleasing personality.
