Immediate requirement for the position of an experienced Receptionist in Bahrain.

Job Details :

* Ensure an effective and efficient reception service is provided to
   patients and any other visitors to the practice.

* Deal with all general inquiries, explain procedures and make new
  and follow-up appointments.

* Setting appointments, filing, records keeping, keyboarding and
  data entry.

* Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed
   payments and other irregularities.

Job Requirements :

* Only Female candidates can apply.

* One to four years experience in similar field.

* Good communication skills and pleasing personality.

* Any Graduate holder.

* Should be well versed with all the front office executives.
