RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT - Dubai Based - USD Highly Attractive Base plus Commission. Tessera Executive Search is a strong
regional player in the Middle East, North Africa and Iran, providing customized recruitment solutions to top-end
multinational and regional clients across the Middle East. Due to our continued success and growth, we are now seeking an
additional Recruitment Consultant with a 360-degree consultancy approach to recruitment to join our rapidly expanding Dubai
team. Previous recruitment experience is a prerequisite and will ideally be in the aviation, FMCG, IT or oil & gas sectors.
You will have a thorough understanding of the entire recruitment cycle from writing proposals and advertisements, developing
target lists, name generation, screening CVs, interviewing and assessing candidates, writing candidate assessments, liaising
with client and candidates on interview feedback, and managing the offer and acceptance process. Lastly, it is essential that
consultants have extensive business development experience to be considered for the role. This role requires a tenacious,
hardworking individual with excellent interpersonal communication skills and a “make it happen” approach coupled with an open
