Job Details:
•Offer technical support to the Customers and Service Technicians regarding mechanical, electrical, electronic and PLC components as well as program upgrades and modifications
•Provide technical training to occasionally to customers, Regional Service Technicians in all mechanical, electrical, electronic and PLC problems enabling Service Technicians to become more technically proficient
•Develop a line of communication between MENA to update Regional Service Technicians on upcoming changes and fresh developments
•Coordinate customer communication with Service Team relating to the scheduling of service work and addressing any warranty, replacement and additional parts required needs
•Receive and start up the processing of orders (LCS products) and communicate with the customer on finalized pricing, status, lead times, due dates, routings and delivery details

Requirements:
*Experience in beverage line for new machines and LCS is a must
*Experience in MEA is an advantage
*Previous experience with SAP & MS Projects is an advantage
*Very good command over English language
*Excellent negotiation skills
