REQUIREMENTS:

> Sles and management experience of at least 15 years in the MEA and Saudi Arabia is needed.

> Possessing Saudi market knowledge and a strong client contact base will be an advantage.
> Need ability to work at senior management level and articulate value-based solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
> Managing and driving the business development whilst providing guidance and motivation to a team of Major Account Managers in the KSA.
> Driving clients’ business and achieving individual and team quota.

> Managing the sales team in the KSA and providing leadership and strategy to meet client’s goals.
> Building lasting relationships with the CEOs and CTOs of service providers.
> Identifying and closing new business opportunities with the Saudi sales team.
> Working closely with the Sector Director to achieve sector goals and driving client’s long-term agenda.
> Regular sales reporting, forecasting and updates using company tools.
