Job Description:

Our client, an Islamic Sharia compliant bank is 
looking for a Relationship Manager within the 
Financial Institutions department to join its 
expanding team in Kuwait. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Ability to understand Islamic structures and documentation. 

• Must effectively liaise with business units and 
operations to ensure all issues relating to banking 
relationships are effectively dealt with in a 
timely manner.

• Independently complete KYC norms and other 
regulatory requirements.

• Write-up credit applications and present to the 
department head for review.

• Ability to cross sell treasury and investment 
products to counterparty banks.

• Manage and enhance existing banking relationships 
through development of quality trade finance, 
treasury and other business relationships.

Qualification Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business / Finance / Banking or 
related disciplines.

• Should have a strong network of relationships 
with most Islamic and conventional banks in GCC and 
the top international banks.

• Minimum three years experience in FI/Correspondent 
banking relationship function in a financial 
institution in the GCC.

• Preference would be given to nationals within GCC market.
