Job description
-To gather all needed technical and commercial data for quotation launch
-To prepare offers and orders in accordance with ASM technical and commercial instructions
-To follow-up offers and orders administrative progress and react in line with assigned timeframes
-To secure and manage proper filing and archiving of commercial and claim files
-Through phone, fax and e-mail, to ‘’hub’’ from customer to ASM and Akers actors to ASM, all information
-To organise practical aspects for trips of ASM/Akers delegation in domestic and regional travels
-To communicate in English(spoken, written)and Arabic (spoken, written),
-To use properly computer software(Administrative order handling system, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
