The salary would be Dhs.14,000/- to Dhs. 20,000/- + office car
The company is currently looking for an experienced Sales and Business development Manager to head
its Sales function.
OVERVIEW OF ROLE
To manage and aggressively push sales activities for company’s various products ensuring customer
satisfaction and retention. Accountable to present the company’s total product range with special
emphasis on the assigned product; to supervise Sales Engineers and monitor sales against targets.
Reporting to: Chief Executive Officer
Obtaining enquiries from customers in Oil & Gas, Power and structural steel industries
Handling technical and commercial aspects of product enquiry
Negotiation and finalization with customer and end-user
Internal coordination with various departments
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assists in the preparation of the yearly business plan in cooperation with the marketing and
production teams for Chief Executive Officer’s feedback and final approval.
Submission of monthly sales reports to the top management against budgeted sales targets.
Devising suitable strategies and plans to reach customers across the targeted industries
achievement of company’s sales objectives.
Revises and adjusts plans according to management quarterly reviews.
Receives all inquiries (technical and commercial documentation) and conducts an opportunity
assessment in line with the strategy and vision.
Monitors and follows-up on the contract & budget process, ensuring the smooth cooperation.
Procurement for Bill of Materials from customers.
Attends internal review meetings before the award of the job, and kick-off meeting afterwards
meant for communicating information of the project award and orienting the involved Department
Heads of the Project Team with all critical details for project initiation.
Travels extensively inside and outside the country for sales/ projects related activities.
Conducts performance appraisal for his direct reports objectively at appropriate time.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION:
Excellent communication skills in English
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a reputed institution
At least 7 years’ experience in UAE and Middle East in the Sales department of similar industrial
company
Out of which at least 2 years as a Sales Manager in the similar industry
Good computer proficiency
Having valid UAE driving license
