Job Description:-

A Middle East based bank is looking for a Sales Manager to join

its dynamic team in Qatar.The ideal candidate has to promote the

available loan packages in the region through a competent sales

team in order to achieve or exceed annual targets.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop sales plans and budgets to achieve or

exceed the annual sales objectives for the region.

• Provide distributors and customers in the region with

information about new or improved products and services.

• Conduct regular market visits to check route coverage,

competitor activity and new opportunities.

• Ensure sales administration procedures are effectively

implemented to support the sales teams to accomplish the sales targets.

• Develop and maintain an efficient distribution network to

ensure the comprehensive availability of the bank’s loans.

Qualification Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.

• Must be currently based in Qatar and should be

fluent in English as well as Arabic.

• Minimum five years of loans processing experience in

the banking industry in the GCC.
