Sales & Marketing Manager

is recruiting a senior position for a talented, motivated, dedicated and exceptional candidate:


• Plans and coordinates the activities of a sales team
 
• Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on company's objectives
 
• Monitor budget achievement, trains and motivate personnel, and prepare forecasts
 
• Initiate market research studies and analyze their findings
 
• Determine price schedules and discount rates
 
• Controls product distribution 

• Handle special events, draft press releases and contact people in the media for printing or broadcasting materials 


Requirements 


• 10 years of experience in sales management & marketing 

• Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams
 
• Demonstrated ability to exceed sales performance standards,

*Computer literacy with excellent knowledge in Ms, Office
