*Formulate pricing policies.
*Attend trade shows to identify new services and products.
*Coach, train, counsel, recruit and discipline employees.
*Evaluate on-the-job performance of sales team.
*Ensure items are in stock and maintain inventory.
*Eficiently Manage different departments in the store.
Requirements:
•Minimum a Degree (Civil/ Mechanical Engineering)
•Experience of Minimal 5 years
•Experience in Hallow Metal Steel Doors, or other Architectural Materials are highly preferred.
•Fluency in English language.
