Description:

We are looking for a qualified female secretary to provide office and administrative support to company chief.  Main responsibilities will be;

1. Database and File Storage

2. Meeting Schedule and Appointments management

3. Phone Answer and messaging

4. Keeping track of day to day expenses

5. Office Support

Applicants must have strong skills in; English, Arabic (optional), Microsoft Office especially Outlook and Word, Knowledge of  Internet and research ability online, Keep track of documents, printing and faxing, as well as email communicating and drafting of emails, business letters and other official documents.
