  of the Group.

* Ensuring compliance of Companies Act and various allied
   applicable laws.

*  Preparing and providing resolutions or other documents /
    information on requisition to other departments.

*  Updating statutory registers and other necessary records.


Job Requirements :

* Any graduate.

*  Good English skills.
