A leading company looking for a well experienced Secretary in Dubai.

Job Details :

* Drafting and preparing Agenda, Resolutions, Minutes of Board
  Meetings / General Meetings.

* Preparing and filing of necessary Forms/Documents / Returns with
  ROC,  RBI, Stock Exchange and other authorities and alsoreply to
   their letters, if any etc.

* Preparation of Annual Report of PUL and other related documents for
   annual filings of all Group Companies.


Job Requirements :

* Any graduate.

* Good knowledge of Computer.

* Two years experience in the same field.

* Good communication skills.
