Looking for an experienced Secretary in UAE.

Job Details:

* Drafting and preparing Agenda, Resolutions, Minutes of Board
   Meetings / General Meetings.

* Preparation of Annual Report of PUL and other related documents
   for annual filings of all Group Companies.

* Ensuring compliance of Companies Act and various allied applicable
   laws.

* Updating statutory registers and other necessary records
.

Job Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree holder.

* Minimum two years experience in the similar field.

* Excellent computer knowledge.

* Good communication skills.
Experience Range 02 to 04 Years
