Job Description:
Required for a leading FMCG company in Dubai. To ensure efficient handling of all Accounts payable/payroll functions in the finance & accounts section to serve the needs of group.Should be well versed in Oracle-ERP.
Profile:
Payment to Suppliers -Verify suppliers invoices, process transaction in Oracle Financial System and release payment on time to the suppliers. Payroll-Process salary, leave, loan, overtime and other compensation related details through Oracle Payroll to ensure timely payment of monthly salaries monetary benefits to employees’ of the Group Accounting Reconciliation -Reconcile the inventory and payable modules of Enterprise Resource Planning to ensure accuracy of goods/services purchased and their corresponding payments for the Group. Audit-Prepare expense schedules for Accounts Payable & Payroll of Group to support the audit related activities. MIS- Prepare timely reports (Marketing budget v/s Actuals, supplier outstanding balances, payroll reports to provide the Finance Manager and the Top Management with timely Management Information for review and decision-making
