Qualifications
The incumbent will advise on a wide range of legal issues including contractual issues, the drafting and negotiation of commercial arrangements / agreements and assisting in any litigation that may arise within the company from time to time. Applicant sought will hold legal qualifications and should have gained 5 to 7 years commercial law experience in the financial services sector or within large multinational corporations. A good attention to detail, excellent communication skills, commercial astuteness and flexibility are a few of the mandatory qualities required for the role.
