Job description
This is one of the highest profile new rail projects since the Taiwan High Speed Rail Link and is now about to reach site. The Haramain rail link in Saudi Arabia will link Makkah and Medina, travelling via Jeddah and phase 1 is due to last for the next 3 years with a value of 6bn rials. The role of Senior Construction Manager reports directly to the Project Director and has responsibility for the construction team delivering the vast work across the 444km length of track. There will be a large amount of groundwork and construction of complex structures that will handle the high speed trains running through the line. This client is acting as the delivery partner and will therefore be overseeing various contractors on the project.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role you MUST have worked on similar High Speed Rail schemes in the past and held a senior position. You will have a Civil Engineering background and be at a Senior Management level. The role is in Saudi Arabia so anyone applying must be able to relocate to Saudi immediately if they are the preferred candidate for the role.
