Qualifications
Administration and management of the Main Contractor on behalf of the client project team (a FIDIC contract).
This will involve day to day management of correspondence concerning contractual matters and the legitimacy of any claims regarding time and cost.
Assisting the client appointed Quantity Surveyor with the management of variations submitted by the contractor and their impact on the Contractors programme.
Regular monitoring of progress against the contractors programme to identify slippage against the project baseline.
Regular reporting to the project team regarding contractual matters, EOT's, variations and any time and cost impacts
In the Construction Industry, client side or contracts side.
Commercial Management & Project Management.
DegreeDiploma in related field i.e. Construction, Architecture or Engineering, etc. Gulf Experience.
