Candidate must have an extensive knowledge of QS/Legal issues plus experience in arbitration or court case regarding the contract terms and conditions.
Qualifications
Ideal candidate must be a Degree Holder. Preferrably expatriate in Hong Kong with over 20 years of experience in construction field. Experience in Middle East will be a credit.
