> Applicants should be a Bachelor's degree holder in any related field.
> Fluent communication skills in English is essential.
> Customer service experience of at least 2 years is required.
> Should be available for 24 / 7 contact by management team regarding customer emergencies.
> Willingness to work weekends as required.
> Excellent skills in MS-office and Windows applications is essential.
> Need good communication skills.
> Develop his/her customers data base.
> Monitor own performance against KPI and take corrective action where necessary.
> Provide the highest level of service to the customer with the aim of achieving business retention.
> Report service and/or product failures as soon as it is known.
> Execute assigned tasks and systems updates correctly and timely as per SOPs and deadlines.
> Provide feedback on product and process improvement directly to the Head of Department.
> Take full ownership of the daily tasks and ensure these tasks are carried according to SOPs.
> Ensure customer satisfaction through proper communication.
> Promote Maersk line services at every opportunity.
> Take responsibility of assignment and follow up closely for resolution and keep the relevant†
desks updated on the status of the issue.
