An Investment Firm in Bahrain has the vacancies for Senior Human Resources Managers. Ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified. Work experience of minimum 6 years in HR within financial services sector is required. Strong knowledge of Bahrain employment and other relevant law is required. Should be able to work within an International banking environment and a matrix structure.
Job Responsibilities :
> Recruitment,selection,training and development.
> Resolve grievances.
> Performance management.
> Complete annual market surveys and review compensation and ensure market competitiveness.
> Day to day operations including HR & Administration functions with adherence to Bahrain Labour Law.
