* Attending meetings with executive management and business
   teams in order to disseminate information.

* Drafting articles and memoranda of association.

* Assisting with implementation of Serco Group Legal policies and
   initiatives throughout the MENA businesses.

Job Requirements:

* Law degree and professional qualification.

* Good time management and excellent organizational skills.

* Excellent communication skills in English.

* Pleasing personality.
