To develop and maintain client relationships.
• As a first point of call for client interface on matters handled
• to develop and take initiatives to win business / new clients for the Firm.
• To give legal advice within the corporate commercial practice.
•Ability to prepare legal briefs develops strategy, arguments, and testimony in preparation for presentation of case.
•Must possess a minimum of 3-5 years experience in senior legal roles
•And will need to posses strong negotiation skills and have solid experience of dealing with contracts.
•Must be very strong analytically and carry excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Demonstrate knowledge of Relevant Laws and Regulations is a must
