Job Details:
The main job purpose is to Manage and direct a team of Managers and Assistant Managers responsible for the underwriting of loans and cards applications, portfolio acquisition due diligence in addition to the administrative tasks and quality assurance roles.
The right candidate will be mainly responsible for the business development aspects and assist in strategic initiatives. Deputize for the Executive Manager whenever required.
Requirements:
*Must hold a Degree in Banking / finance / business management
*Minimum 5 to 8 years experience in a bank within Credit Risk management / Credit risk practices /Scoring system
*Proficiency in Computer (especially MS Office)
*Thorough Knowledge of consumer credit analysis and risk assessment
*Financial analytics skills
