THE POSITION
To lead the development and execution of assigned segment marketing strategy and programmes to ensure that Batelco's strategic objectives are met . Drive market segmentation Initiatives across assigned segment to Identify needs.
THE ROLES
Responsible for developing and executing marketing programmes with sales segments
• Devise, Implement and manage loyalty programmes and directing marketing compaigns for assigned segments,
• Manage development of marketing objectives and strategies and action plans for if assigned segment and ensuring that these are aligned with the corporate strategies and objectives.
• set progmmme targets for assigned segment and manage their achievements by working with the sales and product manager
THE CANDIDATE
With BSC degree in Marketing
• At least 5 years experience in marketing the service industry
• branding, comparing management and event management .
• Strong analytical skills 9adept at Excel)
• Ability to work in fast paced environment
problem, high tolerance of ambiguity.
* Preferable if the candidate has experience in market segmentation
* Fluent in bothe English and Arabic (Preferable)
