JOB DESCRIPTION:
> Applicants should possess B.Sc. Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 6 years relevant experience.

OR
> Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 8 years relevant experience.
> Need thorough knowledge of Alstom 13E2 or equivalent large GT, ST,�
high pressure boilers, RO plants w.r.t. design features, condition assessment and�
methodology to resolve specific perennial maintenance issues�
and preparing SMPs, RA sheets, CI project recommendations and PM�
schedules of large CCCP.
> Should be capable for analyzing situations, solve problems and process information logically and systematically.
> Need effective leadership skills to engage people who are not direct reports. Effective coaching,�
facilitation.
> Ability to build and sustain good working relationships.
> Should be a good team player.
> Need excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written, and listening).
> Able to determine customers needs and finding solutions to those.
> Ability to rethink and improve current practices, generate ideas and find new solutions and implement the ideas.�
> Must be a good listener and have respect for others views.�
> Need abilitty to co operate with other people in a team environment,�
> Must have effective prioritizing, planning and organizational skills (major overhauls of GT, ST and HRSG including resource planning, execution, failure analysis, RCA and preparation of�
reports)
> Promote and implement environment, health and safety policies.�
> Need adherence to the 5S in shop floor and shop.�
> Focus on delivering results, understanding the business and focussing on the big picture.�
> Work with support the reliability teams with OEE planning and CI to implement, sustain and improve processes utilizing Lean Manufacturing 6 principles, gain trust and encourage participation and new ideas.
> Adapt easily to change and promote teamwork with Operational and Maintenance Departments.�
> Must participate and support Zero Harm Policy.�
> Should be a personality of thinking outside the box.
