Senior Network Planning Manager.
Our client, a global telecommunications operator is looking for a Senior Network Planning Manager to join its dynamic team in the UAE. You will be consulting at Group Level, Board and EXCO to ensure implementations meet or exceed networking standards.
Responsibilities:
• Implement approved designs in addition to leading joint venture, acquisitions and network related activities.
• Overall design of the network as well as the submission of necessary change controls to implement approved designs.
• Coordinate the efforts of multiple activities in developing and implementing standard designs, support processes, and strategies.
• Provide high-level technical support to coordinate the efforts of multiple activities in developing and implementing standard designs.
• Interface with Finance management to determine CAPex and Opex drivers and document processes as well as develop other documentation, e.g. eTOM and ITIL v3.
Requirements:
• University degree in telecommunications, engineering or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years related telecommunication network experience for both mobile and fixed operations in the GCC.
• Basic planning tools and working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of applications, Microsoft Project and Visio required.
