Job Details:
Main responsibilities will include:
-Prepare important and relevant documentation for pre and post contract
-Develop good relationships with clients/stakeholders internally and externally
-Inspect on changes to designs to assess the effects on costs
-Undertake weekly calculations of project statistics to date in respect of earned value, earned man-hours and target costs etc.
-Daily measurements and documentation of all works executed on site in preparation for monthly payments applications and submission of final account
Requirements:
-Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying
-MRICS or equivalent membership is required
-Minimum 5 years of experience required
-Hotel/hospitality experience is preferred
