Job Details:
*Combine a professional and positive approach with enthusiasm for the ACE Brand
*Utilise the product knowledge and experience to provide an exceptional shopping experience within the ACE store and be confident in driving sales.
*Taking part in the sales floor replenishment, planning of daily staff activities, delegating staff duties on daily basis
*Ensuring rotation among duties and tasks
*Supporting with staff training
*Supervising staff performance and attendance
Requirements:
*Applicant should have previous retail experience in the similar role
*Should be commercially knowledgeable of Outdoor lifestyle, Gardening, Homeware, Paint & Decor, DIY, Automotive, Electronics / Pet care products.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Fluency in English language.
