Qualification:

Degree in any discipline

Experience:

Minimum 5 years practical working experience in a similar position in any industrial 
company.



Prime Skills & Responsibilities:

· Receiving shipment/consignment against Purchase Orders (Domestic and International 
level).

· Familiar with steel items and related consumables and terminology.

· Generating Receipts after physical receiving of materials and send to quality 
department along with sample of materials for quality confirmation

· Issuing Materials to the Production Department on the basis of requisition slip.

· Generating the Purchase Requisitions (PR’s) to maintain the stock balance.

· Maintaining minimum and maximum level and current stock balance.

· Updating PO ’s and PR’s records to balance the stock.

· Monthly reporting to Planning and Production Departments regarding receiving and 
consumption of materials together with the current stock balance.

· Be able to communicate with company’s Buyers and Local Suppliers time to time.

· Preparing Inventories of all items on periodical basis.

· Supervising the daily routine work.

· Ensuring the proper daily entry receipt and store voucher forms.

· Proper identification of the materials and keeping the warehouse neat and clean as per 
the ISO standards.

· Assigning jobs to the sub-ordinates on daily basis.

· Keeping excellent track record of materials' movement.

· Keeping accurate records of all materials' transaction through the computerized store 
control system.

· Coordinating closely with the Purchase Department.

· Preparing materials request and follow up with the Purchase Department.

· Receiving and counting the quantity of items.

· To be thoroughly familiar with all regulations regarding the safety at all work and 
observe safety measures at all times.

· Preparing reports when necessary regarding Damaged / Rejected materials.

ü Should be a computer literate.
